• third-party undertakings (porte-fort), in which the stipulator promises the fact of a third party and undertakes to pay damages in the event of default;
• acknowledgments of debt (provisional enforcement), which formalize an obligation to pay, providing the creditor with indisputable legal proof;
• enforceable deed (definitive enforcement) which confers immediate enforceability on a commitment, speeding up legal proceedings in the event of non-performance.
